Ankle management in Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy

exp date isn't null, but text field is

Twenty four hour postural management is important throughout all the different phases of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). Postural management is looking after your posture when you are sitting, standing or lying. In DMD your posture can be affected by your weak muscles as well as by the "dystrophic" process within your muscles so it is important that you develop an awareness of how best to look after your muscles throughout the different stages of the condition.

This leaflet has information on looking after your ankles.
